How to Cook Diced Beef:

Here’s one way:
Before cooking, take the beef dice out of the packet and let it come to room temperature.
Two tablespoons of oil are added to a non-stick frying pan that has been heated to high.
Add the diced meat to the pan after it is hot enough.
Cook the meat until it is well-browned all over.
Put the meat in a casserole dish that can be baked, then pour beef stock over it.
Cook for 1.5 to 2.5 hours at 180 degrees in the oven while covered.
